Kevin has been part of the Integrity Refrigeration & A/C team for over a year, bringing with him 7 years of hands-on experience in HVAC and refrigeration. His expertise is backed by respected industry certifications, including EPA 608 Universal, NATE Core, NATE Heat Pump, OSHA 10, and HVAC Excellence credentials in Electrical, Heat Pump, and Air Conditioning. What sets Kevin apart is his genuine passion for fixing things and doing the job right the first time. He takes pride in delivering reliable, high-quality service and finds satisfaction in helping customers feel confident and comfortable with their systems. Whether it’s troubleshooting, repairs, or system maintenance, Kevin approaches every task with integrity, skill, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Billy has been with Integrity Refrigeration & A/C since 2010 and has worked in the HVAC and refrigeration industry since 2005. He is a licensed professional, highly skilled in both commercial and residential HVAC, as well as light and industrial refrigeration. As a proud leader, Billy believes in always making decisions with integrity and focuses on becoming a better version of himself every day. Known for being a perfectionist, Billy strives to deliver the very best in everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys jiu-jitsu, snowboarding, skydiving, scuba diving, the gym, and reading books. Family is also an important part of his life, he and his wife, Carmen, are proud parents to Gabby (13) and Sebastian (2.5 years), along with their dogs, Leo the Goldendoodle and Oliver the Yorkie.

Vipul has been part of the Integrity Refrigeration & A/C team since 2018, bringing strong expertise in HVAC and Refrigeration. He holds an EPA Certification, a Bachelor’s in Chemistry, and an Electrical Certification, along with recognition for a Benchmark of Excellence. Passionate about HVAC and Refrigeration, Vipul loves challenges and always puts customer satisfaction as his top priority. Outside of work, he enjoys meeting new people, karaoke nights with friends, and exploring technology. He’s also a proud father, blessed with two daughters, who inspire him to always give his best.

Greg has been with Integrity Refrigeration & A/C for over a year and has worked in HVAC and Refrigeration since 2009, bringing more than 16 years of industry experience. He holds an Associate’s Degree in Industrial Mechanics, along with NATE, HVAC/Refrigeration, and Universal EPA certifications. Greg is passionate about solving and resolving HVAC issues, with a focus on clear communication and complete customer satisfaction. He is especially skilled in advanced HVAC troubleshooting. Outside of work, Greg enjoys coaching his daughter in cross country racing and is dedicated to being the best husband and father to his wife Heather, son Luke, and daughter Kaylianna.

Josue has been with Integrity Refrigeration & A/C for over 5 years, bringing the same length of experience in the HVAC and refrigeration industry. He is certified in OSHA and EPA, ensuring safety and quality in every job he takes on. Josue is passionate about integrity and quality workmanship, always striving to deliver reliable service that customers can trust. Outside of work, he enjoys camping and watching football, which helps him relax and recharge.

Yandy has been with Integrity Refrigeration & A/C for over 3 years and has a total of 4 years of HVAC/Refrigeration experience. He is EPA certified and is known for bringing positive energy to both customers and coworkers, believing that a good attitude can overcome any challenge. Outside of work, Yandy enjoys home projects and spending time with his family. Fun fact, he can fix more than just air conditioners, which is why many call him “Handy Yandy”. He and his wife have two daughters, along with two dogs and two cats, who keep life full and lively.

Austin joined Integrity Refrigeration & A/C in 2021 and has worked in the HVAC/Refrigeration industry since 2019. He holds a Universal Certification and is passionate about delivering quality, efficiency, and friendly service. Outside of work, Austin enjoys building custom projects for his kids, including a playground, sandbox, dollhouse, train storage, custom closets, and a playroom. A fun fact: he plays the saxophone.

Jennifer has been a valued member of the Integrity Refrigeration & A/C team for over a year, bringing with her the same amount of experience in the HVAC and Refrigeration fields. She holds certifications as a Notary and is State Certified in Procurement, adding unique expertise to her role. Jennifer is passionate about customer satisfaction and is dedicated to upholding the company’s core values of Integrity, Quality, Innovation, and Unity. Her commitment to providing friendly and efficient service reflects the strong culture of Integrity Refrigeration & A/C. Outside of work, Jennifer enjoys traveling with her husband, Chris, and spending quality time with family. She loves baking and has a special talent for truly listening to others, which makes her both approachable and relatable. At home, she adores her two cats, Poppy and Biscotti, and cherishes moments with her granddaughter, Jolie.

Lia has been with Integrity Refrigeration & A/C for almost 3 years, where she plays a key role in the office team. While she doesn’t work directly in HVAC or refrigeration, she provides essential support that helps keep the company running smoothly. She holds a Notary license and is currently working toward her Associate’s degree, demonstrating her commitment to continuous learning and professional growth. Known for being reliable and trustworthy, Lia embodies the dependable spirit that Integrity Refrigeration & A/C values in serving customers and supporting her colleagues. Outside of work, Lia enjoys staying active with pilates and ballet and loves training with her dog. She also has a creative side—she can draw and paint, a talent she enjoys sharing. At home, she treasures time with her beloved Cane Corso dog, Meleys, who is an important part of her life.

Carmen began her journey with Integrity Refrigeration & A/C in 2022, when she transitioned from bartending while expecting her son, Sebastian. Though she had no prior HVAC experience before joining Integrity, she quickly adapted and brought her strong people skills and organizational abilities to the team. She is known for being great with customers and for her love of being organized. Carmen lives by the motto that “a clean space is a clean mind,” and she takes pride in keeping her work and surroundings tidy and efficient. Outside of work, Carmen enjoys decorating her home and exploring new trends in design. A fun fact about her is that she loves to travel with her kids and husband, making memories together wherever they go. Family is at the heart of Carmen’s life. She is married to Billy, and together they are proud parents to their daughter Gabriella and son Sebastian. Their family also includes two beloved dogs, Leo and Oliver, who bring extra joy and energy to their home.

Mary brings nearly 20 years of experience in HVAC and refrigeration, with all dedicated to the trade. She is OSHA certified and takes pride in delivering safe, efficient, and reliable service to every customer she helps. Passionate about supporting others, Mary is known for her positive outlook and encouragement. She not only ensures systems are running at their best, but she also makes it a point to connect with customers and provide a friendly, approachable experience. Outside of work, Mary enjoys long beach walks and shell collecting, as well as creating beautiful flower arrangements. She also loves baking and cooking for others, a talent that combines her generosity with her creativity. At home, Mary is proud of her family life. She and her husband have two grown children, along with three cats and a dog who keep their home lively.
