• Property & service details — equipment and system information, property characteristics, and your service and maintenance history.
• Payment & billing information — billing address and payment details. Card payments are processed by our payment and financing providers; we do not store full card numbers on our website.
• Communications — messages, form submissions, emails, call records, and any chat or voicemail content you send us.
• Usage & device data (collected automatically) — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and dates and times of access.
• Cookies & similar technologies — see the Cookies section below.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, health information, or precise geolocation) through this website.

We obtain personal information from the following sources:

• Directly from you, through forms, calls, emails, and service visits.
• Automatically from your device when you use our website, through cookies and analytics.
• From service providers and partners who help us operate, such as scheduling and field-service software, payment processors, financing partners, and analytics providers.
• From third parties such as home-warranty companies, property managers, or referral sources who arrange service on your behalf.

We use the information we collect to:

We share personal information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information to:

• Service providers and processors — payment processors, financing partners (such as GoodLeap and Turns), scheduling and field-service software, website hosting, email, and analytics providers, who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
• Professional advisors — accountants, attorneys, and insurers, as needed.
• Security & anti-spam — we use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to protect against spam and abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our team, or the public.
• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
• With your direction or consent — for example, when you ask us to coordinate with a home-warranty provider or property manager.

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16 years of age.

Some U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), define "sale" and "sharing" broadly to include certain uses of analytics and advertising technologies. We will verify your identity using information already in our records before fulfilling your request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with the possibility of an extension). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

We do not currently offer or send SMS or text-message communications through this website, and we do not collect phone numbers on this site for the purpose of text marketing.

If we introduce text messaging in the future, we will only send text messages to numbers that have expressly opted in, and the following will apply: consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; and mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Calls and texts that you initiate to us, and any consent you provide on a signed service agreement or separate form, are governed by the disclosure provided at the point of collection.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that fall into three categories:

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to function; these are always active.
• Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site (for example, Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and _gid).
• Advertising — used to measure marketing and deliver more relevant ads (for example, cookies such as _fbp and _gcl).

Global Privacy Control & Do Not Track. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing. Because there is no common industry standard for browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals, our site does not respond to DNT, but our opt-in cookie controls and GPC give you equivalent control.

We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags on our site, including Google Analytics, and may use advertising tags such as Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, all subject to your cookie choices. These providers may process information as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.
