Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal information, depending on how you interact with us:

  • Identifiers & contact data — name, email address, phone number, and mailing or service address.
  • Property & service details — equipment and system information, property characteristics, and your service and maintenance history.
  • Payment & billing information — billing address and payment details. Card payments are processed by our payment and financing providers; we do not store full card numbers on our website.
  • Communications — messages, form submissions, emails, call records, and any chat or voicemail content you send us.
  • Usage & device data (collected automatically) — IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, referring pages, pages viewed, and dates and times of access.
  • Cookies & similar technologies — see the Cookies section below.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as government identification numbers, health information, or precise geolocation) through this website.

Sources of Information

We obtain personal information from the following sources:

  • Directly from you, through forms, calls, emails, and service visits.
  • Automatically from your device when you use our website, through cookies and analytics.
  • From service providers and partners who help us operate, such as scheduling and field-service software, payment processors, financing partners, and analytics providers.
  • From third parties such as home-warranty companies, property managers, or referral sources who arrange service on your behalf.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule, perform, and complete service requests and installations.
  • Prepare estimates, process payments, and send invoices and receipts.
  • Send service reminders, maintenance notifications, and account or transaction messages.
  • Respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website and services.
  • Understand site usage through analytics and, with your consent, measure advertising.
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and misuse.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

With your consent, we may also send promotional messages about offers and seasonal services. You can opt out of marketing at any time.

How We Share Your Information

We share personal information only as described here. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information to:

  • Service providers and processors — payment processors, financing partners (such as GoodLeap and Turns), scheduling and field-service software, website hosting, email, and analytics providers, who are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Professional advisors — accountants, attorneys, and insurers, as needed.
  • Security & anti-spam — we use Google reCAPTCHA on our forms to protect against spam and abuse. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of our customers, our team, or the public.
  • Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
  • With your direction or consent — for example, when you ask us to coordinate with a home-warranty provider or property manager.

Do We Sell or Share Your Personal Information? (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell your personal information in exchange for money. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone we know to be under 16 years of age.

Some U.S. state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), define "sale" and "sharing" broadly to include certain uses of analytics and advertising technologies. To the extent our optional advertising or analytics cookies (described below) are considered a "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, those technologies load only if you opt in through our cookie banner. You can opt out at any time by declining or withdrawing consent in our cookie preferences and by enabling a recognized opt-out preference signal such as Global Privacy Control (GPC).

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live (for example, California, and states with comparable laws such as Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, and Montana), you may have the right to:

  • Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
  • Correct inaccurate personal information.
  • Delete personal information we have collected, subject to legal exceptions.
  • Opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information and of targeted advertising.
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require this option.
  • Receive a portable copy of your information where required by law.
  • Not be discriminated or retaliated against for exercising your privacy rights.
  • Appeal a decision we make about your request, where state law provides an appeal right.

To make a request, email us at billyintegrityrac.com, call (863) 557-4608, or use our Contact page. We will verify your identity using information already in our records before fulfilling your request, and we will respond within the time required by applicable law (generally 45 days, with the possibility of an extension). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf with proof of authorization.

SMS & Text Messaging (TCPA)

We do not currently offer or send SMS or text-message communications through this website, and we do not collect phone numbers on this site for the purpose of text marketing.

If we introduce text messaging in the future, we will only send text messages to numbers that have expressly opted in, and the following will apply: consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase; message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; you can reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help; and mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Calls and texts that you initiate to us, and any consent you provide on a signed service agreement or separate form, are governed by the disclosure provided at the point of collection.

Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies that fall into three categories:

  • Strictly necessary — required for the site to function; these are always active.
  • Analytics — help us understand how visitors use the site (for example, Google Analytics cookies such as _ga and _gid).
  • Advertising — used to measure marketing and deliver more relevant ads (for example, cookies such as _fbp and _gcl).

Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default and load only after you select "Accept all" or enable a category in our cookie banner. You can review or change your choices at any time using the "Manage preferences" option in the banner, or by clearing cookies in your browser. Disabling cookies may limit certain functionality on our site.

Global Privacy Control & Do Not Track. We honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal where required by law as a valid opt-out of sale or sharing. Because there is no common industry standard for browser "Do Not Track" (DNT) signals, our site does not respond to DNT, but our opt-in cookie controls and GPC give you equivalent control.

Analytics & Advertising

We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags on our site, including Google Analytics, and may use advertising tags such as Google Ads and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, all subject to your cookie choices. These providers may process information as independent controllers under their own privacy policies.

In addition to our cookie banner, you can opt out directly through these tools:

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our website and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at billyintegrityrac.com and we will delete it.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy — including providing service, maintaining service and warranty records, processing payments, and meeting our legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by record type; for example, we generally keep service and invoice records for the period required by Florida tax and warranty law, and we retain inactive website leads for up to 24 months before deleting or de-identifying them.

Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include encryption in transit, restricted access to personal data, and reputable third-party providers for payments and scheduling. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites and services (such as financing applications, social media, and review platforms). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third parties. Please review their privacy policies before providing information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and post the new version on this page. Material changes may be highlighted on our site. Your continued use of our website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
